This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Pactly's cloud-based contract management software ("Services"), whether you are a trial user or a subscriber. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Lawful and Ethical Use
Users must:- Respect intellectual property rights and privacy laws
- Not engage in any fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal activities
2. Data Protection and Rights
Users should:- Treat personal and business information uploaded to Pactly with appropriate care
- Ensure they have necessary rights and permissions to upload and process information within Pactly
3. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Pactly staff
4. Account and System Integrity
Users must not:- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to their account
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Services
- Exceed allocated usage limits
- Use the Services in a way that negatively impacts other users
5. AI Feature Usage (if applicable)
For any AI or generative AI features provided by Pactly:- Users must not use these features to generate harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content
- Any output from AI features should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before use
6. Reporting Violations
Users should report any violations of this AUP to info@pactly.ai
7. Consequences of Violation
Pactly reserves the right to:- Investigate potential violations
- Take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of Services
- Report illegal activities to relevant authorities
8. Changes to this Policy
Pactly may update this AUP from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
By using Pactly's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
