Law Enforcement Information Request

Pactly may disclose Customer Data (as defined in our SaaS Terms of Use) in our possession pursuant to a compulsory governmental process. This does not apply to our self-hosted/managed solutions. We take customer privacy seriously and will evaluate every governmental request to ensure that it is properly issued. If legally permitted, Pactly will notify the Customer, so that the Customer may seek to make such disclosure subject to a protective order or other appropriate remedies.

Government Request Process

Government subpoenas, search warrants, or other legal requests regarding Pactly Customer Data must be emailed to [email protected]. Law enforcement agencies located outside of Singapore that are seeking Pactly Customer Data must work through the available legal and diplomatic channels in their jurisdiction, including bilateral or multilateral legal assistance treaties.
