Under time pressure, it is easy to clear a contract off the queue while a step is still outstanding. Now, when you click Finalize on a contract that still has pending work, Pactly first shows a warning naming what is open: form requests awaiting completion, pending approvals, or an active signature request. The same reminder appears when you send an approval request while a form request is still open.
The warning is deliberately not a block. Choose Dismiss to follow up the pending items first, or Finalize Anyway to proceed on purpose. Finalizing does not complete or cancel the outstanding work, so the decision stays with you rather than with a rule. The finalize guide describes the warning and what counts as pending work.
