Forms evolve, and questions get removed. Previously, deleting a question also removed its answers from every entry, including entries submitted long before the change. That data is now preserved: entries keep showing answers to removed questions in the entry view, the PDF download and the print view.
Each one carries a Removed badge with a note explaining whether the answer was given before or after the question was removed. Removed questions are read-only, so old answers can’t be edited into a form that no longer asks them.

There’s also a new guard rail: the delete dialog now tells you how many entries have already answered a question before you remove it, so you know exactly what a form change touches. See the form building guide for managing fields.
