Administration

Administration is where you run your Pactly workspace: who is in it, what each person can do, how they sign in, and the account-wide settings that apply to everyone. Most of it lives under Account settings, and almost all of it is limited to Admins.

Three jobs make up the bulk of it:

  • People and access. Invite and deactivate users, give each one the right role, and use groups to control which contracts they can see.
  • Sign-in and security. Set up single sign-on, lock your email domain so only your organization can join, and tune the account’s security settings.
  • Account and branding. Put your logo on outgoing emails, define your contract reference format, and connect e-signature providers.
