Adding Your Company Logo to Emails

Use your company logo when sending outgoing emails via Pactly by following a few straightforward steps. This guide walks you through updating your logo and ensuring it’s included in all emails sent from Pactly.

Step 1: Go to the panel and select Settings.

Step 2: Select Account from the Settings menu.

Step 3: Click Company to access your company information section.

Step 4: Upload Your Logo

In the Company Logo section, click Choose a Logo to Upload.

Select the image file you want as your new logo. For best results, use an image that’s 280 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.

Step 5: From the settings menu, select Data.

Step 6: Navigate to Email settings within the Data section.

Step 7: Select Email Settings. Find and check the box for Use company logo in emails.

This ensures your uploaded logo appears in all outgoing correspondence.


Once these steps are complete, every email you send will feature your company logo, creating a consistent and professional appearance.
