How to Set Up DocuSign Integration

Integrating DocuSign with Pactly streamlines your document workflow, allowing for quick and reliable electronic signatures. Follow these steps to connect your DocuSign account, map users, and enable seamless contract signing within Pactly.

Note: You’ll need to be a DocuSign admin account owner to complete this setup.

Step 1: Open Settings in Pactly

On the Pactly main page, click Settings to access configuration options.

Step 2: Access Integrations

In the Settings menu, select Integrations to view available integrations.

Step 3: Add DocuSign Integration

Locate DocuSign Integration in the integration list and click Add.

Step 4: Open DocuSign Admin Section

Sign in to your DocuSign account and navigate to the Admin section.

Step 5: Navigate to Apps and Keys

Within the Admin panel, choose Apps and Keys to access your API account details.

Step 6: Copy API Account ID

Find your API Account ID and copy it—this will be entered into Pactly.

Step 7: Enter API Account ID in Pactly

Return to Pactly and paste the DocuSign API Account ID into the designated field.

Step 8: Map User Account

In Pactly, choose the user you want to link with the DocuSign account. This is usually an admin or primary account holder.

Step 9: Retrieve DocuSign User ID

In DocuSign, access your user profile and copy the User ID.

Step 10: Complete User Mapping in Pactly

Paste the DocuSign User ID into the Pactly mapping section. The mapping appears as inactive until you finish authentication.

Step 11: Enable Request Signature Feature

Activate Request Signature (Redirect to DocuSign) so users can initiate signature requests from Pactly.

Step 12: Connect and Authenticate

Click Connect Me to authenticate with DocuSign.

• If you’re already logged in to DocuSign, authentication is automatic and the status turns green.
• If not, log in and approve the authorization when prompted.

Once mapped, users receive an email invitation to activate their DocuSign integration.

Your DocuSign account is now successfully integrated with Pactly, enabling efficient and secure contract signing directly within your workflow.
