Custom Views

You probably open the repository looking for the same slice every time: your active contracts, items waiting on approval, NDAs expiring this quarter. A custom view saves that combination of filters and columns as a named shortcut. Click the view name, and the repository shows exactly those contracts, with no filters to reapply.

Above your saved views, the sidebar shows built-in views that Pactly maintains for you. Which ones appear depends on your role, your groups, and how your company is set up:

  • Action required - contracts that need your attention
  • My active inbox - contracts assigned to you that are still in progress
  • Unassigned contracts - contracts not yet assigned to an owner
  • Contracts in my groups - contracts in your access groups (only if you have groups)
  • Pending approvals - contracts waiting on your approval (only for roles that approve)

These cannot be edited or deleted. They stay current automatically as your contracts change.

The Contracts section of the left sidebar listing built-in views (Action required, My active inbox, Unassigned contracts, Pending approvals) followed by saved custom views (Executed Contracts, Auto-renewed contracts).
Built-in views sit at the top of the Contracts list in the sidebar, with your saved custom views below them.
