How to Cancel or Abort a Signature Request
Sometimes you need to cancel a signature request after it’s been sent. Pactly provides two methods depending on your situation: voiding the signature request in the e-signature provider, or aborting the contract entirely.

Section titled “Video Walkthrough”Method 1: Void the Signature Request
Section titled “Method 1: Void the Signature Request”Use this method when you want to cancel the current signature request but keep the contract active for future actions.
Step 1: Navigate to the contract with the pending signature request.

Step 3: Click the Void button to cancel the signature request in the e-signature provider.

Step 1: Navigate to the contract you want to abort.
Step 2: Click the Abort action from the contract menu.

Step 3: Provide a reason for aborting and confirm.

Step 4: Confirm the abort action.
