Sending Signature Reminders Manually

When signatories haven’t completed their signature requests, you can manually send them reminder emails to prompt action. This guide shows you how to send these reminders through Pactly.

Step 1: Navigate to the contract with pending signatures.

Step 2: Locate the signature request in the contract timeline or actions area.

Step 3: Click on the Send Reminder option for the specific signatory.

Step 4: Confirm the reminder. The signatory will receive an email prompting them to complete their signature.

  • Check timing: Wait a reasonable amount of time before sending reminders to avoid overwhelming recipients
  • Multiple signatories: You can send reminders to each pending signatory individually
  • Track status: Use the contract timeline to see when reminders were sent and when signatures were completed
